Checks and Secure Documents

How secure are your documents against fraud and forgery?

Today’s technology of scanners, computers and printers have enabled even inexperienced counterfeiters the ability to duplicate and modify documents.

DRI offer a wide range of security features that can be incorporated into check design.  Here is just a few of our many options:

Watermarks – imbedded in the paper by the mill or printed, these are very difficult to be reproduced.

Microprinting -- in which the type font is so small (it looks like a faded solid line but when magnified reveals either words or phrases) that it cannot be copied.

Fluorescent Inks – these can only be seen using a black light and cannot be copied.
.
Pantographs – when copied, a hidden word, such as “void” or “copy” appear.

Thermochromatic Ink – this ink is heat sensitive and will change color when warm.
