Document Resources believes in protecting your information and does so by adhering to a privacy policy and maintaining secure software and a secure application-hosting environment.

To protect our customers from unwanted personal intrusion, Document Resources does not and will not rent or sell your personal customer information to any mail listing agency or telemarketing company.

Why is this information collected?
Certain information is collected for the purpose of displaying product information, processing online and offline transactions, and reporting on order activity between Document Resources and its customers

Who has access to this information?
For information collected and used for offline transactions, only authorized Document Resources representatives have access.  For online transactions, in addition to authorized Document Resources representatives, certain authorized contracted service providers, and our customers have access to their provided information.

How long is the information retained?
Document Resources maintains certain customer information until either our customer terminates their relationship with Document Resources or our customer requests to have certain information removed.  Otherwise, collected data is retained indefinitely.

How can I see what information has been collected?
Customers using online transaction processing have full and unrestricted access to their collected information through secure password-protected access to the customer’s online catalog.  Customers transacting with us offline can request from us in written format for a complete list of collected information.

Other Issues
Information we collected from you is stored on secure, password protected servers. We use industry-standard encryption technologies with respect to the receipt and transfer of Personal Data you submit to us on DRI websites and only authorized personnel have access to your information. Nevertheless, despite our best efforts, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
